“This journey for hiphop began from day one, but without education, trial and error,
and without passion this would not be possible. The oldest of three, Ant was born to be a leader and that is what he does best so who better than him to be the leader of this nation of hiphopheads.”
and without passion this would not be possible. The oldest of three, Ant was born to be a leader and that is what he does best so who better than him to be the leader of this nation of hiphopheads.”
It was around 1992 when Ant started freestyling to himself on his
way to school. This was a daily routine that stuck with him all the
way through high school. Before Ant was known as Ant or Mr. Infamy he started out as Ace, but Ace didn’t know how to write rhymes even though he had the flow.. As time went on Ant never gave up he just kept pushing forward and learning because he is still a fan first and foremost.
In 2009, Ant launched infamyTV.com and formed The Nation of HipHopHeads. This new movement was formed for all independent artist looking to network with other independent artist and producers. Ant also released two projects with the launch of a new website and new movement. These two projects were “The Eyez of an Artist Mixtape” and “On A Mission Ep”. Ant teamed up with old partner in rhyme Aphorism and the two formed the 7 track Ep “On A Mission”. FrankieFilth and Ant recorded several tracks and put the best of the best together and created “The Eyez of an Artist”. Late 2009, Ant reunited with Rev Ruger. After a 3 year hiatus the duo recorded “The Art of Bars Mixtape” in 2 months. This Mixtape was released in January 2010 and was produced by FromDaBottom Ent inhouse producer OneKeyAhead.
One year after launching infamyTV.com, Ant went back into the studio with FrankiFilth and began working on “No Holds Bar Mixtape”. This Mixtape was put together to show the fans that Mr. Infamy was a true HipHop artist. Using some old but still hot industry beats Ant gave 13 tracks of raw talent and held nothing back on crtics, haters, and folks who say hiphop is dead. Currently Mr. Infamy is working on “The Anti-DepressAnt” which is a project produced by Frankie Filth and due out winter 2010.
