PSA: Don't Talk in the Alamo Drafthouse -- Web Blog Wednesday

Apparently there is a strict policy against talking or texting in the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Austin, Texas. If you are caught engaging in either you will be asked to leave and or removed, (kicked out).
A young girl was caught "using" her phone and was kicked out. As a result, the young girl called the theater and left a detailed message. The theater's retaliation to the message was to use the young girl as an example in a Public Service Announcement to future cinema audience members as expressed in this video below.

What are your thoughts about this whole matter. Do you believe the theater was right by mocking the young girl and making an example out of her or do you believe the theater was wrong for doing what they did?
